This project consisted of a raise and build-in creating a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom and multiple living spaces, perfect for dual living. Upstairs saw existing walls relined, timber floors repolished, additional bathroom and ensuite added to the main bedroom. A new kitchen was added and the extension allowed for a large dining space. Extensive use of sliding doors and bifold doors and windows were used to capture the surrounding aspect and cross-flow ventilation. Opening the large upper-level sliding doors created one large window to look out over the park adjacent. Two additional bedrooms were added downstairs with a larger living space creating the opportunity for dual living. Key materials used in this renovation included matching existing chamfer board, Scyon Matrix cladding for the extension and polished concrete.
